The seven-string qin, known as the ancient zither, is China’s quintessential classical instrume, nt. A serene, moonlit night has been considered an appropriate time for a performance. Li Xuecui, a highly acclaimed musician from Nanjing, China, will be making her Edinburgh debut at St Cecilia’s Hall.
